Our goal is to grow Black/African American-owned businesses to earn 7.9% of business revenues in Seattle which will match the 7.9% of Seattle’s population who are Black/African American.
Workforce development and CWA/PLA supports including recruitment and connections into education and workforce training for minorities, women and particularly African-American business, and support to guide WMBE firms for successful work and union partnerships within the PLA/CWA environments.
