| Bid Opening Date: December 8, 2021 at 2:00 pm PW #: 2020-057 PROJECT LOCATION: Lake City Way NE, 30th Ave NE to N 127th Street Gilman Ave W, W Emerson Street to W Fort Street Roosevelt Way NE, NE 65th St to NE 67th St PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Work includes pavement and sidewalk removal, paving, storm drain modifications, sidewalk installation, curb ramps, pedestrian lighting, transit stops, signing and channelization A/E ESTIMATE: $2,600,000 to $2,800,000. PRE-BID SITE INSPECTION/MEETING: There is no pre-bid site inspection meeting scheduled for this project. INCLUSION PLAN: For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Roadway type of project with a Past Performance of 19 Percent WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
