NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS:
Sealed Bids will be received by Seattle Public Schools (“SPS” or “Owner”) through and including
2:00 p.m. on April 30, 2019 at the Seattle Public Schools’ John Stanford Center, Contracting Services Section, 2445 Third Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98134 for Cedar Park ES Restroom Addition project.
The work will include, but not be limited to, structural improvements and the associated removal, reinstallation, and relocation of architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and miscellaneous school and related school appurtenances. Included will be removal of hazmat materials. The cost range is $375,000 to $450,000. Shortly after 2:00 p.m. bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the day and hour stated above will not receive consideration. Owner reserves the right to postpone the Bid opening.
The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a pre-bid site meeting and walk-through at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday April 16, 2019 at Cedar Park Elementary School, located at 3737 NE 135th St., Seattle, WA 98144.
