Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Meeting: The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a mandatory pre-bid site meeting and walk-through. All prospective bidders must attend one of the following:
- 10:00 AM on March 16, 2022 at the E20 parking lot. The E20 parking lot is located on the south side of the University of Washington light rail station.
- 11:00 AM on March 18, 2022 at the E20 parking lot. The E20 parking lot is located on the south side of the University of Washington light rail station.
These will be the only opportunities for bidders to visit the Project site. Bids received from bidders who did not attend one of the mandatory pre-bid site meetings will not be considered.
