Please take note of these important dates – The Board has moved the May meeting from May 29th to May 22nd due to the holiday weekend. As such, we have been asked by the Board to change the election period dates. The Board has also suspended certain sections of the By-Laws to allow for Voting by Email and for the Election Committee to run the ballot count based on who sent them and who they voted for. The new dates are as follows:
· May 12, 2010 Ballots sent via e-mail by this date
· May 19, 2010 Ballot due back (by midnight)
· May 22, 2010 General Meeting
· June 26, 2010 General Meeting, new Officers installed.
· An installation ceremony for newly elected officers shall occur at the General Membership Meeting in June 2010
We will be accepting Votes at the General Meeting on the 22nd! Voting will be cutoff at 11:00 AM for the final vote.
