JC Consulting provides Computer Services in both Local and Wide Area Networking for its clientele. Including all, but not limited to the following networking and workstation evaluation, recommendations, planning, installation, troubleshooting and support. Our service area support covers a wide range of computers, networks, operating systems, e-mail packages, proprietary software and software applications. This is including DSL, dialup and cable installation, troubleshooting and support. In early 2003 the company began offering web-hosting packages at competitive prices. Our niche is troubleshooting which gives us our advantage over our competition. We perform our work with a smile.

William Dudley, President and CEO has more than 15 years of customer's service expertise in banking, restaurant and retail. Mr. Dudley has 16 plus years of experience in the computer industry. A majority of this time was spent working internally with Egghead Software the one time well-known software reseller. After a few years Mr. Dudley began support of all retail stores and Corporate and Government Sales sites. Mr. Dudley was the sole support at this point of over 900 computers outside the corporate office. In his third year of working at Egghead Mr. Dudley was offered a position as Local Area Network Technician. In this position Mr. Dudley was responsible for various systems while closely working Wide Area Networking Group. In his duties as LAN Administrator Mr. Dudley was also Email Administrator, Lotus Notes Administrator, Lab Technician and Workstation Advisor.
