Ollie Garrett, President and CEO has more than 15 years of collection experience. Prior to PMT, Ms. Garrett was responsible for the development of the Recovery Services Department for SCAN/EFunds, one of the largest check verification companies in the country. Ms. Garrett also served in various capacities at a National Check Guarantee Company based in Southfield, Michigan, most recently as V.P. Of Financial Recovery overseeing the Operation of Collections.
