Public: Vendor Rosters and Registration Lists

City of Seattle

The City of Seattle maintains several lists.
  • Vendor & Contractor Registration:

  • The City of Seattle invites businesses to register with the Vendor & Contractor Registration (VCR) system. Registration provides City departments with information about the products and services available from your firm. Please follow the link below to register as a vendor for the City of Seattle or make sure your contact info is up to date. http://seattle.gov/purchasing/VendorRegistration.htm City departments and the Purchasing and Contracting Services Division use the directory to locate vendors, contractors and consultants. The database is also used to locate blanket contract holders.

  • Small Construction Projects Roster:

  • Departments may use the Small Construction Projects Roster (SCPR) to solicit bids for small construction projects estimated to cost less than $200K. Below is the link for Small Construction Projects Roster (SCPR).: http://www.seattle.gov/contract/smlpubwks.htm

  • Consultant Roster Program:

  • City Departments may also select approved consultants from the Consultant Roster Program for projects that are within the program dollar limits and that fall within any of the Roster scopes of work. Below is the link for Seattle's Consultant Roster Program:
